A 140,000 m2 mixed-use development at a site that is highly visible to trains coming into Birmingham Station. The site sits between a canal and a planned park and includes the Grade II Listed old Curzon Station. Hamiltons Architects prepared an outline planning application (which has since been granted) and will prepare a detailed planning application for phase one of the development.
