The project reinstates a grade II Listed building as a single family residence from its present state as four separate flats. The extent of the works consists of the demolition of the house’s rear wing and construction of new-built rear wing over two basements which house a pool, gym, sauna, media room and plant rooms, as well as internal demolitions and rebuilding throughout the house.
